We only collect what you send us and basic site visit data. We use it to reply to you and improve the site. We never sell your information. Email us anytime to see or delete it.
This policy explains what information Mission Driven Brand, LLC ("Mission Driven Brand," "we," "us") collects through missiondrivenbrand.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, email rob@robpene.com.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you request the Growth Leak Audit or send a message, we collect what you enter: your name, email, phone number, website, revenue range and anything you write.
- Booking details. If you book a call, our scheduling provider (Cal.com) collects your name, email and the time you choose.
- Usage information. We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site, such as pages viewed, links clicked, approximate location, device and browser. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this.
How we use it
- To reply to you, run your audit and prepare for calls you book.
- To follow up about services you asked about. You can ask us to stop at any time.
- To understand which pages help visitors and improve the site.
- To protect the site from spam and abuse, and to meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, and only for that purpose:
- FormSubmit, which delivers form submissions to our inbox.
- Cal.com, which schedules calls.
- Google (Analytics and Workspace), which measures site usage and hosts our email.
- Vercel, which hosts this website.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics sets cookies to tell visits apart. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The site works without them.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions and email for as long as we need them to work with you or answer your request, and then as long as required for our records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing rob@robpene.com. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, delete and correct personal information and the right not to be treated differently for using them. We will verify and answer requests as the law requires.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is meant for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
