Find every mistake your website is making

Rob reads your whole website, checks it against your Google profile, your listings and your real facts, and shows you everything that's wrong, contradicts itself, overpromises or could get you in trouble. It's free, and you keep the report.

  • Every public page read and compared, not sampled
  • Every finding quoted word for word, with the page it's on
  • Three labels on each: what's wrong, what it could cost, who confirmed it
  • The fix written out, ready to paste
  • A one-page summary and the full report, saved as PDF

The one question behind every audit

What is your business publicly saying that is wrong, inconsistent, misleading, outdated, confusing, potentially risky, or simply doesn't make sense?

No SEO score, no list of 200 "errors" and no quota to hit. Some sites have three real problems. Some have thirty. You get the ones that matter, ranked.

A standard, judgment and a process

The same rules on every site, so the report means the same thing every time.

10

The standard

The same 10 areas and the same three labels on every site. A finding is never filed two ways, and an owner's word is never dressed up as proof.

1

The judgment

Rob connects the dots across pages before judging any one of them, and cuts anything that doesn't matter to a customer, your money or your risk.

4

The process

Your facts first, then every page, then the comparison, then the report. Nothing is guessed, and anything we couldn't check is listed as such.

The 10 areas we investigate

Places to look, not boxes to fill. An area can turn up nothing, or ten things.

  1. 01

    Contradictions

Two places saying different things about the same subject, including your Google profile, Yelp, social pages and ads.

  2. 02

    Factual errors and outdated information

Phone, address, hours, years in business, staff, review counts, old offers and anything left over from before.

  3. 03

    Pricing and offers

"Free" that isn't, quotes vs. firm prices, minimums, specials and financing terms that don't match.

  4. 04

    Promises and claims

"Always", "24/7", "guaranteed", "#1" and awards: can each one hold up on every job?

  5. 05

    Business misalignment

Does the site speak to your best customers, list services you still offer and cover where you really work?

  6. 06

    Customer journey

Every button, form, tap-to-call and booking link: does it work, and does someone answer?

  7. 07

    Legal exposure

Licenses, advertising claims, price rules, reviews, privacy, tracking, call and text consent, paid relationships.

  8. 08

    Accessibility

Image descriptions, contrast, keyboard use, form labels and captions. Local businesses get ADA demand letters over these.

  9. 09

    Sensitive language

Anything that could offend, exclude or read as discriminatory, or that criticizes competitors or past customers.

  10. 10

    Errors and sloppiness

Typos, template leftovers, wrong city or business names, and text copied from another company.

Three labels on every finding

Each one answers a different question, so you can see at a glance what's proven, what's at stake and what needs you. Every finding also gets a priority: High, Medium or Low.

What does the evidence show?

Confirmed error
Checked and wrong: a false fact or a broken feature.
Confirmed contradiction
Two public statements that can't both be true.
Operational mismatch
The site says one thing; how you actually operate says another.
Unverified claim
Nobody has proved it yet. You show proof, or we soften it.
Improvement
Nothing is wrong, but it's worth fixing.

What could it cost?

Legal or dispute risk
Could prompt a complaint, a demand letter or regulator interest.
Revenue
Plausibly costs you leads or jobs.
Trust
Makes the business look careless or inconsistent.
Polish
Typos, labels and small wording.

Who confirmed it?

Independent source
Checked against your own pages, the live form, Google, a license lookup or a published rule.
Owner-confirmed
Rests on facts you gave us. We never present these as independently verified.
Not yet verified
Needs you to confirm before anyone acts on it.

We ran it on our own site first

Before offering it to anyone, we audited missiondrivenbrand.com. It wasn't pretty. Here are four of the real findings, in the exact format you'll get.

Every "Book a call" button opens a 404 page

What we found
The booking link appeared 380 times across the site, including the header button and every page's closing button. That address showed a Cal.com error page. The real 30-minute event lives at a slightly different address.
Why it matters
Booking a call is the site's biggest ask. A buyer who clicks it hits an error and has no next step, so the best leads are lost without anyone knowing.
Recommended correction
Point every booking button at the working event, then click the live button to confirm.
Evidence
  • “Book a 30-minute call” Every page
  • “404: This page could not be found.” Cal.com, October 23, 2026

Privacy policy names the wrong form service

What we found
The privacy policy said FormSubmit delivers form submissions. The site had moved to Resend, which the policy didn't name. It also left out some of what the spam check stores.
Why it matters
A privacy policy has to match what the site really does and who receives visitor data. California privacy claims often start from a policy that leaves out a service.
Recommended correction
Replace the FormSubmit line with "Resend, which delivers form submissions to our inbox", list everything the spam check keeps, and update the date.
Evidence
  • “FormSubmit, which delivers form submissions to our inbox.” /privacy-policy

Promo boxes promise booking the $49 plan doesn't do

What we found
A promo box on 13 articles said the AI receptionist "books the job", and a sidebar on 27 pages said "From $49/mo." Our own review of the product says calendar booking starts on the $149 plan.
Why it matters
These are affiliate links, so the claims count as our endorsement. Someone who signs up for $49 expecting booked jobs would feel misled.
Recommended correction
"Plans from $49 a month; calendar booking starts at $149."
Evidence
  • “answers questions, books the job and texts you the details.” 13 articles
  • “Calendar booking starts on the $149 plan” /rosie-ai-receptionist-review

A price that grows after the first read

What we found
A service page said a $15,000 setup covers the first 100 days, and separately that a $4,000 monthly plan starts on day 31 with a 3-month minimum. The real minimum, $27,000, wasn't stated anywhere.
Why it matters
Buyers do this math. A price that grows after the first read hurts trust right when they're comparing vendors.
Recommended correction
"Minimum total: $27,000 ($15,000 setup plus three months at $4,000)."
Evidence
  • “The $15,000 setup covers the 100-day install.” /services/first-100-days
  • “The monthly plan starts on day 31, with a 3-month minimum” /services/first-100-days

Findings shortened for this page. Your report also lists what still needs your confirmation and how each finding was checked.

How it works

1

You tell us the truth

Rob emails a short fact sheet: your phone, hours, service area, prices, guarantees and anything you already know is off.

2

We read every page

Every public page, plus your Google profile and listings. Each statement about a price, place, person, date or promise is compared with every other one.

3

Rob judges what matters

One problem on five pages is one finding with five quotes. Anything that doesn't matter to a customer, your money or your risk is left out.

4

You get the report

A one-page summary and the full report, highest priority first, each fix written out. Then a short call to walk through it, if you want one.

Which free audit do you need?

Both are free and both are reviewed by Rob. They answer different questions.

See the Growth Leak Audit

Growth Leak Audit

  • Is your site bringing in customers?
  • Two scores out of 100: conversion and search

  • No score and no limit on findings

Checks for your industry

Every audit covers the 10 areas. These get added for the rules your business is held to.

License numbers where required, insurance and "licensed, bonded and insured" claims checked against the state lookup.

Law firms

Attorney advertising labels, past-results disclaimers, and testimonial and "specialist" rules.

Medical, dental and med spas

About the Integrity Audit

What does the Website Integrity Audit cost?

Nothing. You keep the full report whether or not we work together.

What do I get?

A one-page summary in plain English and the full report. Every finding has the exact words we found and the page they're on, three labels (what's wrong, what it could cost and who confirmed it), a priority, and the fix written out. You can save both as a PDF.

How is this different from the Growth Leak Audit?

The Growth Leak Audit scores your site out of 100 for conversion and for search, and names your top three leaks. The Integrity Audit has no score and no limit on findings: it reads every public page and reports every meaningful mistake, contradiction, risky claim and broken step.

Is this legal advice?

No. We flag risks for you and your attorney to review. We write "risk", never "illegal", and every report says so.

Do you need logins or access?

No. We read your public website, your Google profile and your listings. Rob sends you a short fact sheet first (your phone, hours, service area, prices and guarantees) so we can check the site against the truth.

Will you submit my forms or call my business?

We open and test every form, but we never send a real lead or make a purchase unless you agree to it first.

Why is it limited?

Rob reviews every finding himself before it reaches you, so he only takes a limited number each week.
