Get your business ready to sell for more
Buyers pay for profit they can check, and for marketing that runs without you. In 60 days we make both easy to see.
Sound familiar?
For owners of $1M–$10M service businesses who plan to sell in the next 6–24 months, or who are already listed with a broker.
- Your domain, Google profile or ad accounts are in your personal email. A buyer will ask about that.
- You can't show where your customers come from, or what each one costs.
- Customers find you because they know you. A buyer worries they'll leave when you do.
Why this pays for itself
Small businesses usually sell for about 3 to 6 times their yearly profit. So every $1 of profit you add before the sale can be worth $3 to $6 at closing.
| Measure | Before | After +$50K profit |
|---|---|---|
| Owner profit | $220,000 | $270,000 |
| Price at 3x profit | $660,000 | $810,000 |
An example, not a promise. Your broker or valuation expert sets your multiple. We don't give valuation advice.
What's included
Everything works with the tools you already use. You don't have to switch your CRM.
Digital diligence report
In week 1, see what a buyer's team will find when they check your website, Google profile, reviews, ads, tracking and AI search. You get two scorecards out of 100.
Account ownership cleanup
Your domain, hosting, Google Business Profile, ad accounts, analytics, email and social accounts move into the company's name. You get a list of who has access and a checklist for closing day.
Proof of where customers come from
Call and form tracking, plus a cleaned-up CRM, so a buyer can see which ads and pages bring in customers and what each one costs.
Your biggest leak, fixed
We fix the one problem that costs you the most: slow follow-up, a website that doesn't turn visits into calls, or wasted ad spend.
Reviews on autopilot
Every finished job gets a review request automatically. Buyers read your reviews too.
Google and AI search fixes
We fix the pages that bring in calls, so you show up on Google and when customers ask ChatGPT who to hire.
Marketing Systems Brief
A plain-English summary, 2 pages long, that shows how customers find you, what it costs and who runs it. Written for your broker's selling memo and for buyers' questions.
Not included: Valuation, legal, tax or brokerage advice. We work alongside your broker, CPA and attorney.
How it runs
Week 1
Diligence report and scorecards. We agree on the biggest leak.
Weeks 2–5
Account cleanup, tracking, review requests and the leak fix.
Weeks 6–8
Search fixes, the Marketing Systems Brief and a handoff call with your broker if you want one.
The same systems behind these results
This package uses the tracking, websites, follow-up and search work we already run for clients.
From zero to 9 first-page Google spots in 6 weeks
Five articles put 16 more searches on page one and brought in 20+ calls. Leads from Google went up 50%, so the firm cut ad spending from $3,000 to $300 a month.
Website visitors doubled in 30 days
From 6,000–8,000 a month to 16,000. We fixed the pages that bring in calls first. Leads kept coming without paid ads.
500+ qualified leads from one chat helper
An AI chat helper on the website answered questions day and night and collected leads. No free download needed to get them.
Ad budget grew from $5K to $50K a month, still earning $4 for every $1
The budget grew 10 times and the return held, because every dollar was tied to sales.
Exit-Ready Sprint: common questions
When should I start before selling?
6 to 24 months before you list is best. That gives the tracking time to build a history a buyer can trust. If you're already listed, start now: account cleanup and the Marketing Systems Brief still help during buyer questions.
Will this raise my sale price?
We can't promise a price. Your multiple depends on your industry, your numbers and your buyer. What we do is add profit where we can, remove the problems buyers discount for, and make your marketing easy to check.
Do you work with my business broker?
Yes. We're glad to work with your broker or M&A advisor, and we'll share the Marketing Systems Brief with them if you want. We don't act as a broker and we don't take part in the deal.
What does "owner dependence" mean?
It means customers come because of you personally. Buyers pay less for that, because those customers may leave when you do. We document how customers find you and set up systems that keep working without you.
Can my buyer keep working with you after the sale?
Yes. Many buyers want the same systems to keep running. Our First 100 Days plan is built for new owners.
First 100 Days: keep the customers you paid for. then grow.
$15,000 + $4,000/mo. For new owners of $1M–$10M service businesses: search funders, independent sponsors, holding companies, private equity add-ons and individual buyers. Start at closing or within 60 days after.
