These terms apply to your use of missiondrivenbrand.com (the "site"), operated by Mission Driven Brand, LLC ("we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Information on this site
Articles, tools and examples on this site are general information, not legal, tax or financial advice. Results described in case studies come from specific clients in specific situations. They are not a promise or guarantee of what your business will achieve.
Calculator and free audit
The revenue calculator shows simple math based on the numbers you enter. It is an illustration, not a forecast. The free Growth Leak Audit is an opinion based on information available to us at the time. It doesn't create a client relationship or any obligation for either side.
Paid services
Paid work is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Mission Driven Brand. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.
Acceptable use
Don't use the site to break the law, send spam, interfere with how the site works, try to access systems you're not authorized to use, or scrape content in bulk.
Content and trademarks
The site's text, graphics, case studies and code belong to Mission Driven Brand or its licensors. You may share links and short quotes with attribution. Please ask before republishing anything else.
Links to other sites
We link to other websites and services, such as our booking calendar. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Mission Driven Brand will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to $100.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
