Keep the customers you paid for. Then grow.
The biggest risk after you buy a business is that customers leave with the old owner. We protect them in the first 30 days, then build the growth engine.
Sound familiar?
For new owners of $1M–$10M service businesses: search funders, independent sponsors, holding companies, private equity add-ons and individual buyers. Start at closing or within 60 days after.
- Customers knew the old owner. You're not sure they'll stay.
- The website, Google profile and ad accounts are still tied to the seller.
- You bought the profit, but you can't see which marketing produces it.
What's at stake
You paid a multiple of the seller's profit. If 10% of customers drift away after the sale, you lose that revenue and the value you paid for it. Protecting customers comes first, before any new growth.
- Days 1–30: protect. Announcement, account handover, tracking and reviews. Keep every customer you can.
- Days 31–60: fix. Website conversion, instant follow-up, ad accounts and Google profile cleanup.
- Days 61–100: grow. Search pages, scale the best channel, first full revenue report.
What's included
Everything works with the tools you already use. You don't have to switch your CRM.
New-owner announcement
A customer email or letter, website and Google profile updates, and a "same team, same service" message, so the change feels safe to customers.
Every account handed over
Domain, hosting, Google Business Profile, ad accounts, analytics, phone tracking and social accounts move to you, with nothing lost.
Tracking from day one
Calls, forms and booked jobs tied to the ad or page that brought them in, so you have your own numbers, not the seller's.
Faster follow-up
New leads get a reply in seconds. Your team gets an alert. Follow-up keeps going until they book or say no.
Website and ads rebuilt for booked jobs
Pages built to turn visits into calls, and ad accounts judged by signed work, not clicks.
Google and AI search growth
Pages for the services that make the most money, so you show up on Google and in ChatGPT answers.
A monthly revenue report
One page, plain English, tied to signed revenue. Easy to share with your investors or lender.
Not included: Legal, tax, financing or deal advice. Ad spend is paid directly to the ad platforms.

The same systems behind these results
This package uses the tracking, websites, follow-up and search work we already run for clients.
From zero to 9 first-page Google spots in 6 weeks
Five articles put 16 more searches on page one and brought in 20+ calls. Leads from Google went up 50%, so the firm cut ad spending from $3,000 to $300 a month.
Website visitors doubled in 30 days
From 6,000–8,000 a month to 16,000. We fixed the pages that bring in calls first. Leads kept coming without paid ads.
500+ qualified leads from one chat helper
An AI chat helper on the website answered questions day and night and collected leads. No free download needed to get them.
Ad budget grew from $5K to $50K a month, still earning $4 for every $1
The budget grew 10 times and the return held, because every dollar was tied to sales.
First 100 Days: common questions
When should we start?
On closing day if you can, and no later than 60 days after. The first 30 days decide whether customers trust the new owner.
Should I change the business name after buying it?
Usually not right away. The name, reviews and Google profile are part of what you paid for. Most owners keep the name, announce the new ownership and update the brand slowly, once customers trust them.
What if the seller still has the logins?
That's common. We list every account, get access moved to you before or right after closing, and turn off the seller's access once you're in control.
We're a search fund or private equity add-on. Do you report to investors?
Yes. The monthly report is one page and tied to revenue, so it's easy to forward to investors or your lender.
Is there a minimum term?
The monthly plan has a 3-month minimum, then it's month to month. The $15,000 setup covers the 100-day install.
Exit-Ready Sprint: get your business ready to sell for more
